Having grown up in the Oak Hill area and subsequently living in and around Austin for the past 30 years, I am deeply rooted in our extraordinary city and have seen the tremendous growth that it has made, all the while keeping its uniqueness and distinctive ‘weird’ culture intact.

As a Realtor® for the past 19 years – Twelve years as a top selling agent and eight as the Keller Williams Team Leader for the Lake Travis Market Center – my clients benefit greatly from my familiarity of Austin and my vast experience in the Austin real estate industry.

My Team Leader experience has taken this Keller Williams’ “Rookie of the Year” and “Career Launch Award” winner, both in 2003, to an exclusive level of knowledge that exceeds the average real estate agent and it gives me an advantage to help buyers find and purchase their perfect home and sellers price, market and sell their properties promptly.

Having served on the Agent Leadership Council in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2021 being inducted into the Keller Williams Team Leader Hall of Fame in 2012; assisting with the launch of the Farm & Ranch Community for Keller Williams Realty International; and being a member of the Luxury Home Division has provided me incredible insight into the Austin real estate market.

This extensive real estate education and understanding of the Austin market has come through leading over 330 agents for seven years, while overseeing 1670 transactions each year, and extends into improving my clients’ lives by representing them with wisdom, honesty, integrity and professionalism.

My involvement in so many transactions has built strong working relationships with agents and clients and has cultivated expert skills in several important areas, some of which are as follows: problem solving, contract negotiation, dispute mediation, servant leadership, dependable communication and exceptional customer service.

I have had my real estate license since 2002, earned my broker’s license in 2007 and have served on multiple committees to better equip and educate Realtors® in Austin and the state of Texas, including being a Keller Williams University Regional Instructor since 2006. This background affords me the opportunity to continue to learn best practices and work with the latest technology to better serve my clients.

In addition to being awarded for numerous sales and achievements, I am certified through National Association of Realtors in e-Pro & At Home with Diversity (AHWD) and have designations as an Accredited Buyers Representation, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Guild member, Graduate REALTOR® Institute, Certified Residential Specialist and the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers. I am now also an investor of the Keller Williams Cedar Park/Leander Market Center.

In addition to running my successful business, I adore spending time with my husband, Marty, and our daughters Kristy, Kelly and Kerrigan and my mom, Joy. Most recently spending time with four grandchildren, Blake, River, Evan and Truitt has been a blessing. Water skiing and traveling are my favorite hobbies and I’m a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and of the Oak Hill United Methodist Church.
